Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller is the operator of the Core Fleet Control (software per flotte corrieri) instance you are using (the dedicated server running the software, not a third-party cloud).

To exercise your rights or ask a question, use the company email in Settings, or the address you registered with.

2. What we process

Account: name, email, password (hashed only), role (fleet, courier, platform).

Company: CUI, legal name, address, ONRC, IBAN, representative, and details fetched from ANAF when you enter a CUI.

Fleet: courier records, platform IDs, CNP, IBAN, vehicles, expiry dates, payout amounts, calculations, Universal Business Language invoices, SEPA files.

Documents: ID, licence, certificates, criminal record, medical, contracts and signatures as photos or PDFs, stored on the server disk.

3. Why

To perform the contract: accounts, pay calculations, invoices and payments, documents and vehicles.

Legal duties: e-Invoice, tax data, keeping fleet records.

Security: login session and abuse prevention.

5. Recipients

ANAF: public CUI lookup when you register or update the company. Live e-Invoice upload to SPV is not connected yet.

The fleet admin sees their own couriers. The platform superadmin sees organisations in order to approve or suspend accounts.

No other vendor receives your files, except where the law or an authority requires it.

6. Retention

Data is kept while the account or organisation is active, and for as long as tax and labour law require after closure.

You can ask the fleet admin or the instance operator to delete it, within legal limits.
