Core Fleet Control applies Regulation (EU) 2016/679. This page says who processes the data, why, which rights you have and where you can complain.
1. Controller
The operator of the Core Fleet Control instance you are using is the controller of the account and organisation data. The software runs on a dedicated server, not on a third-party cloud.
If you are a courier, the controller of your documents and calculations is usually the fleet that enrolled you. That fleet decides which files to upload and who inside the fleet can see them.
The platform superadmin sees organisations only in order to approve or suspend accounts.
2. Legal bases
Contract: account, CIM and SRL/PFA calculations, invoices, payments, documents and vehicles.
Legal duty: e-Invoice, tax data, fleet and employment records.
Access security: the session cookie protects the account. What the browser keeps is listed on the Cookie page.
3. Health and criminal-record files
If the fleet uploads a medical check or a criminal record, those are health data or data about convictions. They belong in the courier’s work file.
We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them. They stay on the server disk. No other vendor receives them, except where the law or an authority requires it.
4. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
Write to the company email in Settings, or to the address you registered with. If you are a courier, write first to the fleet admin.
You get a reply within one month. Erasure stays within the limits of tax and employment duties.
5. Complaint
You can lodge a complaint with the authority of the country where you live or work.
In Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. In Romania it is the ANSPDCP.
6. What we do not do
We do not sell data. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or profiling cookies. We do not move files to a third-party cloud.
Live e-Invoice upload to SPV is not connected yet. The only routine outside call is the public CUI lookup at ANAF, when you register or update the company.
The program prepares the pay calculations. The fleet approves them. No automatic decision ends a working relationship on its own.
